Synopsys

  Inspired by the problem most of us have while waking up in the morning, Mesai a Independent Korean Animation team produced Alarm an impressive 3D animated short which  tells the story of a regular guy who has a really hard time to wake up.

  To tell the truth I was first attracted to Mesai’s “Alarm,”  for its beautifully soft lighting and rendering. After watching it  couple of times, I noticed some of subtle character animation and i was pulled into this world where everything is punctuated by alarms, where every moment of stillness is just a preamble to the spine-wrenching squeal of a bell, near the end of the film i found myself grinning wildly, enjoying the entire experience immensely.

A Story about courage

I will tell a story, when I sacrifice myself for my friend. About 2 years ago, an undesirable event occurred. My friend named Fadel was beaten to a pulp. I was shocked and angry when I heard the news, and finally I looked for someone who made my friend like that. After a few days finally, I found out the culprit, namely Pasha. Pasha is a hero at one school, he is tall and muscular. I met him and took revenge by fighting him. At first he looked down on me and my friends and it pisses me off with his really arrogant and arrogant behavior. The fight won by me, yes maybe because I'm too strong hahaha. Yes, from there Pasha was never arrogant and arrogant, and he became a different person. From this story we can learn how important a friend is, and we must not feel arrogant and look down on others

Synopsis

Two painters, Johnsy and Sue live together in Greenwich Village. They young painters and work hard on their paintings. With winter quickly approaching, Johnsy get pneumonia and becomes very ill. She thinks she is dying. She looks out her window and decides that when the last leaf falls from the vine growing, she will die.

Behrman is an old man who lives in the apartment building with Johnsy and Sue. He hears about what has happened to Johnsy and decides to help. He is a gruff man, and no one thinks much about him. He hasn't worked on his own painting in over 40 years, but paints a vine with a leaf on it. He puts it out side of Johnsy's window and she sees the leaf is still there. Behrman catches pneumonia and dies shortly after finishing his painting. The leaf that he has painted saves Johnsy's life.
